Shipping Policy GRWTHcosmetics

At GRWTHcosmetics, we do our best to deliver your order to your home quickly and safely. Below you will find everything about our shipping methods, delivery times, and any charges.

1. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We offer standard shipping for orders within the Netherlands and other selected countries. Our delivery times and rates are as follows:

  • Netherlands: Weekday orders before 4 p.m. are shipped the same day and usually delivered within 1-3 business days.
  • Belgium and other EU countries: Orders are shipped on the day of order (if placed before 4 p.m. on weekdays) and delivered within 3-5 business days, depending on location.
  • International Shipping: For orders outside the EU, delivery times range from 5-14 business days.

Please note that delivery times may vary during holidays and peak periods. After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation with an estimated delivery time and tracking number once your package is on its way.

2. Shipping costs

  • Netherlands: Free shipping for orders over €40. A shipping rate of €4.95 applies to orders under €40.
  • Belgium and EU countries: Shipping costs are €6.95.
  • Outside the EU: Shipping and possible customs fees vary by destination. Please contact us for an exact quote.

3. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a shipping confirmation and tracking number. This allows you to easily track your order all the way to your door.

4. Delayed Deliveries

Although we do our best to deliver orders on time, there may be unforeseen delays due to busy times at our shipping partners or other external factors. If your order is delayed, please feel free to contact us and we will be happy to assist you.

5. Incorrect or incomplete addresses

Please check your address carefully when placing an order. GRWTHcosmetics is not responsible for delayed or undelivered orders due to an incorrect address provided. In the case of returns due to an incorrect address, additional shipping costs will be charged.
